Curiosity, cultural fusion, and innovation are the pillars of Daniel Doña’s choreographic discourse, serving as fundamental tools in his teaching. A renewed form of Spanish dance that guides students towards more contemporary expressions of movement, delving into an authorial language that explores the interplay between tradition and avant-garde.
Until 2019, he was in charge of the Spanish dance training program at the Flamenco School of Andalusia (EFA). He has conducted intensive courses, lectures, and masterclasses in various conservatories across the country, in private dance schools, and at international institutions such as the University of New Mexico, the National Ballet of Spain, the National Institute of Flamenco in Albuquerque, the Mariemma Professional Dance Conservatory, the María de Ávila Superior Dance Conservatory, the Professional Dance Conservatories in Malaga, Córdoba, Almeria, and Granada, in addition to the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona, among others.
